1. General Terms
1.1. The "Agent" submits these General Terms for a Commissions Agreement between the "Agent" and the "Client." The "Agent" agrees to reserve and purchase tickets for the "Client." The "Agent" receives a commission for their services, and the "Client" agrees to compensate the "Agent's" expenses for this transaction.
1.2. According to Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is an Agreement between two sides, and if this Agreement is accepted by the Client, then the Client should make payment according to these General Terms. According to the 3rd clause of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, payment is considered as acceptance of these General terms.
1.3. According to the above, please read these General Terms attentively. If you have any questions, please ask our managers by calling us or e-mailing us.
1.4. In these General Terms the following words have these definitions:
"General Terms" — an Agreement between two sides, the "Agent" and the "Client," for the purchase of official tickets to the Nikulin Circus through the sales agency.
"Agent" — ticket sales agency which catalogs events, and sells tickets on its website.
"Client" — any entity which has the intention of purchasing tickets on this website.
"Agreement" — agreeing to purchase official tickets to the Niculin Circus according to these General Terms.
"Website" — the official website of the sales agent, through which the sales agent sells official tickets to the Nikulin Circus.
"Ticket" — a document which allows the Client to attend the event, and has all the information pertaining to the event.
"Order" — any number of tickets which are selected by the client on this Website. The Order includes the ticket price, delivery price, and the Agent's commission.
"Delivery" — the transfer of the actual Ticket from the Agent to the Client. More on Delivery.
2.1. The Agent is responsible for procuring and delivering the tickets to the Client. The Client is responsible for paying the Agent for their services. The ticket price quoted on the website includes: ticket price, commission, delivery, and other costs. The Agent guarantees to deliver official tickets to the selected event before the event time and date. The Agent guarantees that the tickets are official, the tickets are not damaged, and that the Client will be able to attend the selected event for which the tickets were purchased.

3. Placing an Order
3.1. The Client places an Order to the Agent through this website, or by telephone/e-mail which are also available on this website.
3.2. When placing an Order on this Website, the Client is responsible for providing the following information to the Agent: full name, delivery address, e-mail, and telephone number through which the Client can be reached.
3.3. All personal data is stored on a secure server according to law (Federal Law # 152 "About Personal Data" from July 27, 2006).
3.4. The Client is responsible for providing true and full information when placing an Order.
4.1. The Client can pay for the Order by cash, credit/debit cards, or wire-transfer (bank transfer).
The Agent accepts both Visa and MasterCard.

After confirming your Order, our managers will send you a payment link through email, or text message.
When paying with a debit or credit card, all payment details are handled and processed by Cloud Payments. You will need to enter your card details on the bank page.

5. Order fulfillment
5.1. The time to fulfill an Order can depend ticket availability and processing time. Usually most Orders can be fulfilled on the same day, but on rare occasions, the time needs to be agreed upon individually with the Client.
5.2. The Order is fulfilled once the Order is paid for and delivered to the Client.
6. Order Delivery
6.1. The Agent uses their own courier service to deliver tickets in Moscow and Saint Petersburg. The Agent can also deliver tickets to the Client outside of Moscow and Saint Petersburg through UPS. Delivery costs through UPS are agreed upon with the Client, and paid for, additionally, by the Client.
6.2. The price of Delivery (in Moscow and St. Petersburg) is included in the quoted ticket price on the Website.
6.3. Delivery can be done one business day after the Order was received by the Agent. During peak season, and with large orders, the Delivery time is agreed upon with the Client. The Agent guarantees to deliver the Tickets to the Client before the event time and date.
7. Order Cancellation
7.1. Tickets can be returned, and a refund placed only if the event was cancelled or if the date of the event changed. Tickets cannot be returned, and refund cannot be made if the Client no longer wishes to attend the event.
7.2. If the order was paid for by credit or debit card, a refund will be returned to the same card.
7.3. Each Order Cancellation is unique, and the terms of the cancellation can be agreed upon individually by the Agent and the Client.
8. Other Conditions
8.1. The Agent is responsible for the validity of the Tickets. All tickets sold on this Website are official tickets of the Nikunin Circus.
8.2. After payment by the Client, and the Delivery of tickets to the Client, the Agent is no longer responsible for accidental damage or loss of tickets by the Client.
8.4. All disagreements between the two sides should try to be settled outside of court. If no compromise is found, then the sides can try to settle in a court of law in the Russian Federation.
